Match the room types between Booking.com/Expedia and Roomsy for the channel manager to send updates automatically
Part of setting up the channel manager is completing the mapping between Roomsy channel manager and Booking.com or Expedia.
To complete this phase follow these steps
Go to Settings>Integrations>Roomsy Channel Manager
You will see Booking.com or Expedia as an option. Click on Manage which opens up the room mapping options.
This is where you match the room type in the OTA to the room type in Roomsy. As room type descriptions generally differ in the two systems it needs to be carefully mapped to the right one.
As based on the room type and rate chosen here Roomsy will send that information to that specific room type on the OTA.
