Case Study: How One Small Hotel Owner is Saving 6 Hours a Week With Roomsy

Andy is a hotel owner-operator in Thailand who is using multiple different properties on Roomsy. We recently caught up with Andy to ask him about how and why he chooses Roomsy as his hotel property management system, and how he has benefitted since using the system.

Roomsy’s simple design and intuitive interface have proven to be an invaluable tool for Andy’s properties. “Once I used Roomsy, I never looked back. There’s no reason for me to look for other software,” says Andy. He credits the time that he’s able to save by not having to deal with excessive daily logistics that Roomsy manages automatically.

He also highlighted the importance of Roomsy’s direct integrations with the largest and most popular OTAs – specifically, Expedia and Booking.com. But most importantly for Andy, Roomsy saves him time – “Roomsy helped me save tons of time managing the rooms. I would guess at least 4-6 hours.”

When you are an independent business owner, time is the most precious resource that you have. The convenience of Roomsy has given Andy that time back, and now that he’s not focused on keeping his property’s bookings organized, he can focus on the more important aspects: keeping his customers happy, and making important decisions for the business.
