One of the interesting aspects of Roomsy’s business has been our popularity in Southeast Asia. We’ve never made much of a deliberate push into the region, and yet still our software has found its way into a large number of independent hotels in Vietnam, Thailand, and the surrounding area.
One of our first clients from the region was Mr. Oh, of Hiranyika Cafe & Bed in Koh Samui, Thailand. He mentioned that he “had used PMS that were famous in the world,” but for his smaller property wanted to find something that would work with PMS on the cloud. His words to anyone interested in a simple, cloud-based PMS are: “I recommend 100% try to use Roomsy, your life will be better, and no need to worry to pay big money. No need to put the money into another PMS – try to use Roomsy they’re the best.”
Obviously, we should be hiring Mr. Oh as a sales rep – and maybe if we hadn’t made his life as an independent hotel owner so easy with our platform, he’d be open to the suggestion!
